DFRC is delighted to be able to begin to offer Social Prescribing in the coming months. We will be working in conjunction with the CAHA FRC to provide a level of service within West Cork in conjunction with the FRC Mental Health Promotion Project (part of the Family Resource Centre National Forum). Our Social Prescribing Linkworker is Wendy Bond who can be contacted at 083 2040729/ 023 8856818 for information about this new project, referral process etc. Wendy works 18.5 hours per week so there maybe a delay before she can contact you.
